Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order (*see note below).

 

Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund. Please note that refunds are processed after your return has been received. Once your returned order is received and processed, you can expect a refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original method of payment.

 

The returned items must be in working condition with no wear and tear. Topicals are eligible for physical return if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. We can only process returns for products sold on FULFLD Skin.

 

For international orders: Orders with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return. Additionally, we can not provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are not covered by FULFLD Skin.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged goods
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it right away. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
